We specialise in lab-grown diamond jewellery. Product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided in good faith but may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. If an error occurs, we will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not create a binding contract until your order has been confirmed.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified or is suspected to be fraudulent.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Customised & Made-to-Order Items

Orders for customised jewellery and made-to-order pieces are non-cancellable once confirmed. Production timelines vary depending on the design and will be communicated by our team.

6. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We currently deliver within Singapore only.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law, all sales are considered final.
