We currently ship within Singapore only. International shipping is not available at this time.

We offer complimentary standard local delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

For in-stock items, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day from the time of purchase confirmation.

Once dispatched, standard delivery within Singapore typically takes approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Unsuccessful Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Elaara Diamonds Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
